The MBSR course is designed to help people develop strategies to manage stress and anxiety associated with modern living, and to promote general well-being.
The Instructor for these courses is University of Massachusetts Mindfulness Trained Instructor Bianca King, Psychotherapist.
Each course involves meeting weekly for 2.5 hours over 8 weeks, as well as an All-Day Retreat. As such, the course includes 9 sessions in total.
Each person needs to submit an application form attend the Orientation Session before being accepted on the course. These details are found in the Practical Details section of this website.
There is one MBSR Course being offered from September on Thursday evenings.
