MBSR Courses

The MBSR course is designed to help people develop strategies to manage stress and anxiety associated with modern living, and to promote general well-being.

The Instructor for these courses is University of Massachusetts Mindfulness Trained Instructor Bianca King, Psychological Counselor.

Each course involves meeting weekly for 2-2.5 hours over 8 weeks, as well as an All-Day Retreat. As such, the course includes 9 sessions in total.

Each person needs to attend an Orientation Session and submit an Application form and a Personal Interview before being accepted on the course. The Orientation session gives a good introduction to mindfulness and the MBSR course.
