A mindfulness practice to begin the week…
Once a month on Monday evenings I will hold a gentle mindfulness meditation session for those intersted to touch in and refresh their practice.
These sessions are open to people who have some mindfulness meditation experience. If you would like to join but have not practiced before, please contact me to discuss: email@example.com

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior so we can start on time. Teas etc will be made available from 18:30.
Schedule for each session:
Each session will last for one-hour and generally follow this sequence:
19:00: 20 minutes meditation
19:20 : 20 minutes discussion
19:40: 20 minutes meditation
Fee: Donations are welcome to cover the cost of the room hire.
